We understand how physically demanding gardening can be, especially in the middle of summer when the temperature rises. Our sleeper planter borders eliminate the need to have to kneel or bend down to weed or tend to plants.
Our raised planting borders are constructed using thick, solid Class 4 treated sleepers for a longer lifespan. They are constructed bespoke to the size and height you would like and act as a seat to relax between gardening or to chat with guests.
Blank Slate
Existing borders may be filled with a range of perennials and so offer little room for further plants. The soil may be unsuitable to plant, or struggling with invasive weeds. However, our sleeper borders are created with drainage and then filled with only screened quality topsoil – to ensure that anything planted in the borders will develop and thrive.
Raised Planting
Raised sleeper beds can be a great way to add colour to an area you want to see from a window, or further down the garden. A raised border planted up with a range of perennials that flower at different times throughout the growing season can be an eye-catching feature to be admired in any garden.
